The Return of the Two Bad Ants

Ophelia H.K. Singer

The two ants got kicked out of the ant hill for being greedy and leaving the group. They stayed nearby.

Three days later, the two ants crawled one mile to an elementary school called Shadow Pines.

Suddenly, they saw a door open. A gigantic figure walked out and they came in. The temperature was very cold, and the ground was soft.

They heard rumbling sounds and large things being moved around. They crawled across the room to something that smelled sweet. It was a jar filled with candy. They stuffed themselves with candy until their stomachs started aching.

One ant fell off the desk that the candy was on. The other ant climbed down.

Suddenly, a blue chair slid toward them and almost flattened them.

Something large and fluffy flew across the room and landed next to them. It was a teddy bear. They tried to get out of the room, because there were too many dangers in it.

They looked up and saw a large black box with sounds and colorful lights coming from it.

Then drops of water fell on them. They dragged themselves to somewhere they could dry themselves. They started to climb into two holes in the wall, when they remembered that there was a great force that had almost killed them the last time. Gigantic figures walked back and forth across the room. They didn't want anything to step on them.

Luckily, they didn't get hurt, but they almost got flattened. They wandered out the door when it suddenly closed and knocked them out.
