Well, as usual, our submission quality level is being Mr. Yo Yo. We have works like Cyrano that would grace a paying publication, and then we have stories and poems from people who are just learning the trade. Sometimes we think "Should we bounce this?" But then we think of our original purpose and so we publish what we're sent with only minor wishes for flagellation.
I understand that Andromeda Spaceways is having financial troubles. I'm not sure how a paying e-zine makes it, but I'm not all that familiar with A/S so I don't know how they fund their fun. Should we accept advertising? Who would be crazy enough to advertise here? Ah well. Such is the life of a rilly rilly small-time publisher.
