Bewildering Stories biography
Norm Cowie is an award-winning business columnist and author of a dozen novels. Norm’s work has appeared in The Chicago Tribune, Business Credit, Cynic Magazine, Pop Syndicate, and soon one of his stories will be in Amazing Stories.
His books and novels include the horror book Lucifer’s, the kidnapping thriller Conundrum, an award-winning business construction law book and ten humor mostly speculative fiction books, including the YA books Mooned, The Shadow, Fang Face and WereWoof. His other books, including Bonk & Hedz, The Adventures of Guy series and The Guy’d Book, are for slightly older, though not necessarily more mature readers. He has two short-story collections, Cavemannerisms and Norm’s Shorts, and his work has been published in four anthologies.
In 2019 he was crippled by a Shingrix shingles vaccine, and he’s been a paraplegic ever since. But some of his fingers still work, so he keeps typing, recently dystopian fiction stories with disability as part of the theme. Meanwhile, he’s alive and kicking, well, not kicking anymore, but alive.
