Jahnavi Misra

Jahnavi Misra lives in London, U.K., and has a Ph.D. in English literature from Durham University. As a filmmaker, Jahnavi concentrates on multimedia and experimental animation. In literature, he has published short stories extensively.

“Home, Dark Home” may strike readers as a promising script for experimental animation in film. The “I” character returns to her family home, which, though large, seems strangely abandoned. A dark shadow of haunting creeps out, leading the narrator to wonder where it may be leading her and what it may ultimately do.
