Nothing at All

Today I did nothing at all
Yesterday little
Last week not much
Last year nothing to speak of
Don’t remember exactly
Might have done something
But nothing important, nothing of value,
Nothing worth mentioning, not worth pursuing
Too much effort, lost interest
Didn’t hold my attention for long
Did I say something wrong?
I normally wouldn’t admit it
I’d make up something and say I did it
