Steve writes to us from Nigeria, and he has published literature in several webzines as well as in an anthology of humour.

“Beautiful Stuff” will amuse readers with its humour ranging from farce to social commentary. The wind-bottler Baba Femi might be a character out of the travelling theatre of Molière’s early career, when he was influenced by the Commedia dell’Arte. Baba Femi’s audiences laugh at his bumbling and his claiming to bottle wind. But the laugh is on them when it turns out that Baba Femi has cleverly produced and advertised confections they want to buy!
