Bewildering Stories introduces and welcomes...

Matt Cowell

Matt lives — and cooks — with his family in South Philadelphia. He says he has been writing stories since 1984, which explains why his fictional characters don’t carry smartphones. Matt remarks sagely that as a retired municipal bureaucrat, he “naturally expects things to go sideways for his characters.”

Alphonse’s Scrapbook” will intrigue readers with the identity of Alphonse and the question whether the paleoontologist really did visit the last haunt of a Tyrannosaurus, which happened to be rustling in the nearby primordial forest.

Matt Cowell’s bio sketch can be found here.

Welcome to Bewildering Stories, Matt. We’re glad to have you with us.
