David Waters

David Waters is a native of southern Ontario but has had a long medical career in cardiology in Montreal, Connecticut and, finally, San Francisco. He has authored or co-authored more than 400 scientific papers but has long had an ambition to write fiction. He has published widely, to acclaim.

“Bird Brains” will amuse readers wth its fable-like use of condors as lesson-carriers to humanity. The gist is that nature has much to teach humanity, as we know, but learning requires listening, which some people, as we also know, seem unable or unwilling to do.
