Chris Bailey lives in Sheffield, U.K., and works as a university administrator. Previous incarnations have included reinsurance underwriter, schoolteacher and social services helpline person. He is a new writer and has recently had science fiction published in the U.K. magazine Jupiter; this is his first appearance in Bewildering Stories.
