Bewildering Stories biography
By day, I am a bid writer and project manager for a growing London-based consultancy, but turn feral after working hours, writing a variety of fiction and non-fiction. While others favour the lonely garret or coffee shop to produce their most creative work, I find the 0710 train into Waterloo remarkably conducive now that I’ve learnt to ignore the strange looks from anyone shoulder-surfing my laptop.
For variety, some weekends I can be heard torturing classic rock tunes at high volume, playing guitar with a local covers band.
Previous writing credits include runner-up in an Omni short story competition (yes, it was a very long time ago), a story in a locally-themed anthology, and two business-related books published by Gower in the UK.
I live in Hampshire with my wife and family and a ridiculously large number of cats (as per the rules of all author bios).
