Randy Ellefson has authored two fantasy novels set in his own original universe and is currently seeking publication while writing another novel. Most of his works feature the eight new races he created to replace elves, dwarves, dragons, and other fantasy staples. “The Insultalon,” his published first story, is an exception, being a modern tale.

Also a musician with a Bachelors of Music in classical guitar, magna cum laude, Mr. Ellefson has recorded and independently released two albums of instrumental rock music, which can be heard at www.myspace.com/randyellefson.

He has endorsements with Alvarez Guitars, Peavey, and Morley Pedals, and performs in his local region. He has also published articles at top guitar-related websites and received positive press in Brave Words and Bloody Knuckles magazine.
