Bewildering Stories biography
While I was born in Montreal, I have spent most of my life in Europe, where I lived in the south of France, and in Vermont, where I now live with my partner on 500 acres caring for more than 100 animals, most of which are rescues.
With a PhD in economics, I have taught at the university level, and when with the Université d’Ottawa, I was Vice-Dean of my faculty, where my duties included promoting the faculty and its students. Since, I have owned and managed country inns and free-standing restaurants.
I began writing seriously about 20 years ago, using personal experiences to enhance my stories. Thus, for the most part, my writing reflects situations that actually happened, with characters who played varying rôles in these events.
