Bewildering Stories biography
I am a literature and Spanish professor at Webster University. While I have published book reviews and articles in journals such as AlterNative, Confluencia, and American Indian Quarterly, I have not published fiction in a very long time. I recently returned to writing literary fiction and horror stories (no zombies, vampires, or unnecessary gore) because I’ve come to realize how rewarding it is to try to surprise, frighten, or engage readers from different backgrounds.
