Jeffrey J. Lyons first splashed onto the scene in June 1990 when his 50-Word Epic received honorable mention in a Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction monthly contest. His short fiction has also appeared in Millennium Science Fiction & Fantasy, Alienskin, Anotherealm, Astounding Tales, Flash Fantastic, Demensions Science Fiction, and GateWay S-F Magazine. He has also appeared in northeastern United States regional and local publications and is a regular book reviewer for SFRevu.com. His first appearance in Bewildering Stories was Issue 150.

His non-fiction has appeared in health, recreational, and law enforcement publications. He is a former editor of the Sno-Traveler, a snowmobiling publication.

He is a former award-winning broadcast journalist and is currently a Public Affairs Officer for a New Hampshire state agency.

He enjoys listening to Trance music or 80's New Wave as he writes and lives in southern New Hampshire. Check his website to read many of his previously published pieces.
