Bewildering Stories biography

Marion lives in Ottawa, Ontario. She is an online reading and writing tutor for children with dyslexia and is creator of the Barrhaven Writers’ Circle, which she began in 2016 at the Ottawa Public Library.

Before 2016, Marion wrote professionally for various Canadian government departments and agencies, including the National Research Council of Canada. Previously, Marion worked as a promotional writer in Ottawa, Sudbury, Toronto, and as a news writer for the St. John’s Daily News in Newfoundland.

Being an avid baker and cook, Marion also hosts a food history and recipe blog entitled Barrhavenbites.blogspot.com. Check out the maple syrup baklava!

Marion currently writes for The Open Door Educational Services Blog about challenges facing students with reading disabilities.
