Julio X. Palomino was born in Miami, Florida, from Cuban and Guatemalan parents. At age 8 he moved to Washington, where he began writing by the age of 12. He graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. He is currently working on a novel titled: “Deception Pass.”
