My name is Richard King Perkins II. I try to write poetry of any sort, some of it is general, some of it is genre-specific. I’ve written on and off for a while now, but I’ve really only devoted about six years to it in total.
My poetry has appeared in more than a thousand places to date, because I believe that every acceptance and every publication has extraordinary merit. Some of the places where my writing has appeared include Pirate Writings, Z-Composition, The Speculative Edge, Scareship, Illumen, Chrome Baby, Calidum Literary Journal and Prisoners of the Night. I’ve also had a few Pushcart and Best of the Net nominations, so that’s been a bit satisfying.
