Gordon Purkis is the editor and publisher at Shoe Music Press. He had a piece recently published in Lucid Rhythms. An e-chapbook At the Dinner Table was published in 2010 by The Dead Mule School of Southern Literature. His book Circus Fragments is available on Amazon.com.

He is a hanger-about at theatres, hosts a weekly vintage music program, enjoys yoga and fine cigars although they seem to be disparate elements.
