Bewildering Stories biography

Henry F. Tonn was born in Philadelphia but raised in the grand state of North Carolina. He attended six colleges and universities on his way to becoming a psychologist and then practiced in the state until his recent semi-retirement. Presently he spends a lot of time eating lunch with friends, walking his faithful Chow dog, Fred, and doing as little serious work as possible.

He started writing as a creative outlet and at one time amassed 135 consecutive rejection slips. On the other hand he has been published in such print journals as Gettysburg Review, Connecticut Review, and Fifth Wednesday Journal, and online journals as Front Porch Journal, Summerset Review, and Eclectica.

He recently edited and published a war veterans anthology entitled Remembrances of Wars Past. He has also written and published the e-mystery novelette The Tuxedoed Corpse and the memoir I Never Met a Paranoid Schizophrenic I Didn’t Like. His website is henrytonn.com.
