Robert Vella
Bewildering Stories biography
Robert Vella was born in the central Mediterranean Island of Malta in the 17th of September 1987. His first ‘short story’ was written at the age of eight. It was a lovely little tale about a detective who uncovers an ancient cave man mystery, which leads him to a climactic encounter with a giant octopus raven. It was reviewed as ‘cute’, ‘darling’ and ‘slightly disturbing’.
Later in life, he became more interested in video games and was sentenced to work as a business systems developer. When suddenly, upon discovering point-and-click adventure games, he realized he could bring his two great loves together. He’s currently working to get his degree in game development, and looking forward to studying for a BA in English literature.
