Although I make my living as a business researcher, analyst and editor, I have also published fiction, poetry, and essays. I live in St. Petersburg, Florida, with my multi-talented wife, a homicidal tabby who is the Grendel of the local lizard population, a Siamese cat with an Oxford English-sized vocabulary, and a towering oak tree that inspires thoughts of Yggdrasil.
I have published one novel, The Tollkeeper, a literary fantasy narrated by a sardonic monster coerced into a hero quest. I also blog about how ancient myths continue to shape our modern lives at thetollkeeper.com.
