Joseph Waugh
Bewildering Stories biography
Joseph Waugh lives in Boulder, Colorado. He graduated from Whittier College in 2014 with Bachelors Degree in English and Creative Writing and a minor in Film Studies. Joseph is currently working on his Masters in secondary education and eager to bring storytelling into the classroom.
