I am a Midwestern writer of genre fiction, especially crime, noir, and horror. I have a pair of private-eyes: Tom Haftmann and Ray Jarvi. Betray Me Not, a recent collection of revenge tales, was selected by the Independent Fiction Alliance as a Truly Best Independent Book of 2022. My latest novel is a crime thriller, Full-Tilt Boogie, featuring Special Agent Jade Hui, who first appeared in Perfect Killer in 2018.
