G. Allen Wilbanks
Bewildering Stories biography
I am a retired police officer living in Northern California. For twenty-five years I wrote collision and crime reports to pay the bills while writing short fiction at nights to keep myself sane. In 2016, I retired from real life to focus on fantasy full time.
I am a member of the Horror Writers Association (HWA) and I have had over fifty short stories published in Deep Magic, Daily Science Fiction, The Talisman, and several other venues. I have also published two short story collections: Not for Bedtime Stories, and 13 Rooms.
My first novel, When Darkness Comes, was released in 2017.
