Dianne has many activities, among which is reading and writing science fiction. She is a long-time fan of the genre, and her favourite author is Isaac Asimov. Dianne has published short fiction.

“Chipping Away” will show readers that the story has a sardonic title. It refers to the way an insurance policy covers less than expected and at a shockingly high cost. Today’s world calls not only for the likes of Asimov but also Mark Twain and Voltaire. Dianne lands a satirical punch on one of the shortcomings of the age.
