Sloth

Behold the pig that sprawls on the floor,
Its only purpose in life: to sleep forevermore.
Some may argue that it cares
And that it wants to do more,
But the one and only truth is that, in the end,
Sloth has succeeded and has dominated the pig.
For it is cursed to never know joy
Or happiness beyond its sleep,
Or what it’s like to be conscious
And awake to the world around it
Yes, indeed; in the end, sloth has won.
