Fariel says she has studied physics but really loves to write and paint. Her writing and art have been published extensively.

“The Life Not Lived” rounds out the three cautionary tales in issue 1071’s short stories with one depicting a parent’s heartfelt regret. If you’re a mad scientist fearing mortality, please don’t mix and match DNA to create a powerful daughter who will carry your name; she may want to live up to her name in her own way. A scientist has already attempted that experiment, and the name was Frankenstein.
