Michael Barrington

Michael writes mainly historical novels, but he has also published more than sixty short stories. Michael’s blog reveals that has been very active in humanitarian work in the global South.

“The Shannike, a Storyteller” is a fantasy about a fantastical teller of Irish fantasies. Now, lest that seem a bit unreal, take comfort in the foreknowledge that the Shannike is actually a character in one of his own stories and that his audience’s white horse is the link between his world and theirs.
