An Encomium for Colin P. Davies’ “Pestworld”

Immaculately written and hugely entertaining. No new concepts under the sun, apparently, so it has to be “the way you tell ’em.” As Don says, Colin P. Davies has a quite amazing imagination. And he packs so much real meat into every single sentence, and often with a little surprise spicy twist at the end! In my book, this is model storytelling.

Davies is one of Bewildering Stories' finest authors, approaching the genius of his like-minded countrymen, Adams and Pratchett.
