“Tyrannosaurus Rex Visits Ankylosaurus at the Creationist Museum” seems somewhat culture-bound: it will be readily understandable to North American readers, especially those in the U.S., but it may puzzle Europeans and others. Well, that does seem to be the current state of world affairs, all right.
