Bewildering Stories welcomes...
Robert L. Steele
Robert L. Steele hails from the Midwest but now lives on the U.S. west coast. He worked on the waterfront for twenty years and has taken up drawing and writing as retirement hobbies.
“Big Rock Road” is a haunted-house story with strong echoes of H. P. Lovecraft. Its interest lies mainly in the layers of narrative time as well as in the mystery surrounding the rock and Hattie’s seeming agelessness while in captivity. And the ending? It’s wide open; the reader can walk right into... the house on Big Rock Road.

Welcome to Bewildering Stories, Robert. We hope to hear from you again soon and often!
