Sari Krosinsky

Sari lives in Albuquerque and has degrees in religious studies and creative writing from the University of New Mexico. She’s a colleague of ours, editing Fickle Muses, an on-line journal of mythic poetry and fiction. She likes literature that reveals realities hidden under the veneer of the mundane.

“Leaving Mithra” is a prose poem that represents a nostalgic, even tender goodbye to an elder god. It repays rereading... and research.
