Bewildering Stories welcomes...
Morris Marshall
Morris has been teaching economics at the college level for many years now. He likes to keep active in sports and in playing the violin. He’s been writing fiction for a long time and especially favours realism and suspense.
“The Hobo” depicts a teenage boy, Jeff, whose friendship with Mark takes a bad turn when he’s implicated in Mark’s shoplifting scheme. The security guard who catches them is a strange person, and when he reappears, years later, on a subway car with Jeff, the apparition serves as an almost ghostly reminder of the consequences of misdeeds.
