Bewildering Stories welcomes...
Christopher C. Smith
Christopher is currently working on a Ph.D. in Religions in North America at Claremont Graduate University. He’s published mostly historical and philosophical essays but already had two short stories to his credit many years ago.
With the encouragement of a friend and a writers’ group, Christopher has returned to writing fiction. He says he appreciates the wider audience that Bewildering Stories offers. We certainly hope we do offer one, and I think Christopher might be very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the readership.
“Icarus” clearly reflects Christopher’s academic specialty and raises a number of important questions, some of which are listed in Challenge 443. “Icarus” also implies a theological position, which we invite the readers to discern.
Christopher C. Smith’s bio sketch can be found here.
Welcome to Bewildering Stories, Christopher. We hope to hear from you again soon and often!
