Doug lives in Brooklyn and works as a programmar for a financial software company. He’s written extensively in prose fiction and is working on two novels.

“Night of the Sun” treats readers to a concentrated dose of high-tech combat science fiction. As they follow the foot soldier Meade on patrol, they’ll experience virtually the old proverb about army life: an eternity of tedium interrupted by moments of terror.
