Bewildering Stories welcomes...
Janet Chisnall
Janet lives in a small mining town near Liverpool. She loves modern classic authors such as James Joyce and Italo Calvino.
“The Lost Art of Sleep” is something of an absurdist romp. Katherine is afflicted by insomnia, but it’s a mixed curse, because in her sleepless state she accomplishes great things. Nonetheless she does crave rest and can find it only by riding passenger trains for long distances. Travelers who recall this story may sleep all the more soundly the next time they travel by rail!

Welcome to Bewildering Stories, Janet. We hope to hear from you again soon and often!
