Megan Lokensgard

Megan lives with her family in Minnetonka, Minnesota. She’s an undergraduate at Gustavus Adolphus College and plans on specializing in Communications Studies and Fine Arts. She enjoys playing lacrosse, the guitar and singing.

“Oatmeal Girl” is a cautionary tale. Fifteen-year old Hailey meets Janie, a girl who’s hitchhiking her way home. Janie is strange: Hailey and her family are the only ones who can see or talk to her. The result is a ghost story that might be ordinary except that the ending raises an interesting question: Is there such a thing as a dead ghost?
