Appears out of the sky
Near surface mouth opens
To expose diamond threads
Spinning wormhole snake
Teeth dig into earth and rock
Consumes like hungry mole
After days of fasting
Bores further than deepest shaft
Causes rains of earthquakes
Once sunk and anchored
Earth is pulled away
Unseen tow-truck operator
Not available for passion pleas
No false promises to sing
Notes or check in the mail
Before the last breath
Freeze to death
Never thought the end
Would come like this
Void of emotion automated
