Robert Walton

Robert has retired after teaching middle school for 36 years. He is a life-long rock climber and mountaineer. His short fiction has won a number of awards.

“Llorona” is a morality tale set in the Old West of California. A retired bandit comes looking for a gold mine. When he finds it, he is enlisted by a ghost to bring justice for an old wrong, and he provides consolation to a newfound friend.
