Bewildering Stories introduces and welcomes...
Madalyn Meyers
Madalyn says that she and her husband are nomads, roaming the U.S. in a kind of motor home. Madalyn recently graduated from Pennsylvania State University with an M.S. degree in Ecology. She currently works as a freelance writer in several different genres and media.
“The Nightingale” was written, Madalyn says, in response to a writing prompt asking for stories about “trickster” spirits. Readers may well sympathize with the narrator, who encounters a sprite of that temperament emerging from the literature of her youth.

Welcome to Bewildering Stories, Madalyn. We hope to hear from you again soon and often!
