David Samuels

David says he’s published stories in the medieval-fantasy “sword and sorcery” genre and has been a fan of Bewildering Stories for several years now.

“Red He Wept” was already a prize-winner in a contest, but it meets our “hard to find” criterion by allowing Bewildering Stories to be the first website to make it accessible in its entirety on line. Readers will surely be captivated by the clear prose, which propels them forward as the hero, Moralt, comes into philosophical conflict with his times.
