Bewildering Stories introduces and welcomes...
James A. Tweedie
James lists several professions that he has pursued: author, poet, photographer, composer, editor, publisher, and pastor. He has worked in — and in places between — Scotland, Australia and, finally, Long Beach, Washington.
James holds four university degrees ranging from undergraduate to post-graudate, and a post-graduae certificate, too. The subjects include Music, Humanities and Divinity. He has 16 published titles, including a collection of short stories, with numerous awards and prizes. And he has worked as an editor, to boot.
“Leo, at the Beach” is a Shakespearean sonnet that will charm readers with the sheer enjoyment of spending a day at a beach with a young grandchild. Very likely, readers will exclaim to themselves, “Yes, that is what nature poetry is supposed to do: show us how to appreciate nature!”
