Running on Empty
Well, perhaps not quite that bad, but I'm into music, so learn to live with it. Anyway, I'm going to make this terse, as I have the "privilege" of heading up over snow-covered mountains to the other side, so that I can put on my electrician's hat for a day. Yeah, I donwanna, but it's family, so I have little recourse. Anyway, should have it all done by tomorrow evening. Kinda sad too. I have a "Kiddies of Chaos" review series I want to do (Children of Chaos, and Orphans of Chaos, totally unrelated to each other...) But it'll have to wait.I'm on my way to Lubbock, Texas, next. Then on to Eugene, OR. What fun, indeed.
Oh yeah, almost forgot...
Got the final proof of Grim Legion on Friday, and it is a thing of beauty. However, the author found a mistake (as Don says, "Proof-reading never ends...) and so we sent a new text, but nothing else changes (except for MY misspellings on the back matter...) and the book should be available on Tuesday. I need to put a link in our Bewildering Press page so you can actually buy the book, but if you wish, just Paypal $12.95 to bwstories@bewilderingstories.com with your address and I'll send you a copy. (Yes, I'm picking up the shipping for the first 15 copies we send out.)
What a deal!!
