Nilanjan Dev

Neel Dev seems to have two homes: he lives in Scotland, where he is a consultant in bioinformatics, and yet he has lived for many years in India, as well. He started out in writing with book and music reviews, among other things, and has recently turned to writing fiction.

“Truth and Visitations” focuses on two friends who are poles apart in personality and worldview. One is a rationalist skeptic; the other, a mystic who believes in the supernatural. The story suggests that in India the two modes of thought can come together and that the results might even be a little on the comic side.
