Bewildering Stories welcomes...
Frank Roger
Frank Roger has a longer real name and an even longer bibliography: over 500 titles published since 1975. He has been guest of honor at science fiction conventions in Germany and Belgium. At university, he wrote a dissertation on Philip K. Dick. His styles blend fantasy, satire, surrealism, science fiction and dark humor.
“Crime and Punishment” seems to have little, if anything, to do with Dostoyevsky’s novel; rather it is a compendium of interesting story ideas about crime, crime prevention, and penology. We invite our contributors to expand on them!
Frank Roger’s bio sketch can be found here.
Welcome to Bewildering Stories, Frank. We hope to hear from you again soon and often!
