Bewildering Stories welcomes...
Dwight Krauss
Dwight has been living in the Washington, D.C. area since his retirement from the Air Force, but he says he now takes on shadowy undercover missions “for better pay and less danger.” His fiction is normally dark: “things don’t quite work out and aren’t what they seem.” And he figures the Dark Ages are only one temper tantrum away...
“The Trumpet Inside the Warehouse” evokes the foggy atmosphere of crime-ridden 19th-century London, complete with a masterfully depicted dialect. The spooky atmosphere and evil doings portend the forthcoming Century of Fear.
