Kenneth E. Herritt

Kenneth has completed a science fiction novel, and his bio is a short essay on the nature and utility of fiction. At his own website he’s doing somewhat the same thing we do here at Bewildering Stories.

“A Higher Purpose” is a robot story with a slightly unusual twist. In a way, it parallels the evolution of R. Daneel Olivaw in Isaac Asimov’s The Caves of Steel. The difference is that Kenneth’s young robot is not instructed by a mentor but comes to an understanding on his own.
