Richard lives in Toronto and works as an information technology specialist in business intelligence. He’s also had careers in chemistry and pharmaceutical technology. He’s published several works of fiction on the Net.

“The Wall of Life,” accompanied by artwork of Richard’s own design, is a poem with powerful imagery. The scene might be one in which a homeless person seeks death as an escape from the torment of winter.
