Justin Meckes

Justin lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He started writing with a journal inspired by Ben Franklin’s autobiography and then progressed to an article about a visit to the Amazon rainforest. After ten years of making films and writing screenplays, he has turned to prose fiction. He has published extensively and is the founding editor of a journal specializing in magical realism.

“The Pharmacon” depicts a man being held captive as a test subject in a genetics and medical research facility. Readers may be especially intrigued by the depiction of the robots and the android.
